Meet the QA&PA Team
Daniel Collier, Business Systems Analyst, is the sole leader of the Quality Assurance & Process Analysis (QA&PA) team.
Daniel received his bachelor’s degree from UGA’s Terry College of Business in 2019, and joined the Development and Alumni Relations division in September 2021.

What does the QA&PA team do?
The QA&PA team is part of the larger Advancement Services group and works directly with management, stakeholders, and team leads to recommend, help prioritize, document, and implement technical solutions, quality control projects, and business process improvements that support the Division of Development and Alumni Relations. The QA&PA team also implements solutions that can be delivered though “click to configure” processes, analytic and visualization tools, as well as assist on a variety of data enhancement, clean-up, and import processes.

The QA&PA team is constantly studying processes and data and looking for ways to improve accuracy and efficiency. We’re catching you up on a few finished projects headed by the QA&PA team.
- Coordinated helpdesk ticketing transition to Team Dynamix
- Built a new voting system for the Parents Leadership Council
- Designed and supported e-commerce solutions for multiple campaigns (Georgia Magazine National Championship Edition, G-Box, Black Alumni Homecoming)
