GAIL Access Form
A GAIL form is required in order to gain access to the database. You will also need to submit this form before attending a GAIL 101 training course.
BBIS Access Form
A BBIS form is required is obtain access to back-end of the GAIL database.
GAIL Policies
By signing a GAIL Access Form, you have agreed to abide by the policies and procedures written by the Division of Development and Alumni Relations.
Nondisclosure Agreement Forms
An NDA form must be completed by any non-GAIL user who will be receiving data from the GAIL system.
Event Approval Form
An event approval form should be completed and submitted to Gift Accounting before your paid event is set-up in GAIL.
