The Client Services team is excited to announce our transition to the Professional Education Portal (PEP). PEP is a cutting-edge tool that supports the professional development for all UGA faculty and staff.
The rollout of PEP will be a staged process, starting first with the GAIL 101 – All Users training. Beginning in February, users registered for GAIL 101 will complete the pre-class course in PEP, rather than eLC (eLearning Commons). Similar to the eLC materials, the PEP courses will demonstrate a few GAIL skills and pose questions about what you learned. It’ll also allow users to get the most out of learning, all at their own pace and before they begin a live session.
The next phase of the PEP transition will include pre-class materials from all other GAIL trainings (Marketing Efforts, Events Management, and Research and Prospect Management), followed by training registrations.
The transition to PEP will allow us to assign and manage training registrations, create training curricula and programs, provide focused support resources, automate training emails and reassignments, assess learning, and give professional development credit to our users.
Logging into PEP
All paid employees and currently enrolled students already have access to PEP and can log in at pep.uga.edu. The system uses UGA’s single sign-on authentication, which requires that you have a valid MyID and password. If you are a paid employee or current student and cannot access PEP, please contact AskIT.
