New Fundraising Reports
You can now find up-to-the-minute fundraising totals in GAIL. These new reports draw on the best features of the monthly Development Detail Report and the Site Fundraising Report.
To find the new reports, navigate in GAIL to the Fundraising tab. Under Custom reports, clicking on ‘Development Detail’ will take you to a 2-page report.
The first page is the Development Detail Report previously distributed at the end of each month. The second page is the Fundraising Totals by Gift Type, which provides the same information as the old Site Fundraising Report.
To drill down to see specific transactions, click on Fundraising Units under Customizations on the Fundraising tab. You should be able to see ‘Fundraising Totals’ at the top of the page, and then a list called ‘Development Detail.’
At the top of Development Detail is a button called ‘Unit Details’ which will take you to an expandable report that gives details about gifts to a particular fundraising unit.
