New Event Approval Form

A new electronic Event Approval form has been created that has replaced the old form. Please keep the following items in mind as you submit event approval requests:

  1. Only business-related events for donor or alumni activities should be directed to UGA Foundation. Those events can be created in GAIL.
  2. Academic and professional development events should be directed to UGA proper. Those events will need to be created in TouchNet. Please contact McCall Parker (mmcall.parker@uga.edu) in the Bursar’s Office for more information.
