Development Officer Activity Report
The Development Officer Activity Report is an important tool for our fundraisers. The report is refreshed daily at 5AM and can be accessed at any time. This report is the most comprehensive way to see your progress towards your goals i.e. meetings, asks, discovery, collaboration and solicitor revenue. The report can be found in GAIL by clicking Development Officer Activity Report from the Fundraising functional area page. Once the report loads, click your name to see specifics behind the totals displayed. If you have any questions, please contact Danielle Free.
Pro Tip: Once you have the report pulled up, you can Add this page to Shortcuts in GAIL using the left Explorer bar. From then on, it will appear on the left Explorer bar where you can access it much quicker.
If you would like to subscribe to this report, click the Watch button at the bottom of the page.
You can select how often you want to receive an email, the format, and the day and time of the week that you wish to receive them. Once you have all of your preferences selected, click the Subscribe button.
If at some time you wish to change any of these settings, you will click on the Watch button, Subscribe, and then the Manage Subscriptions link.
