Who is this for: Full or Part time staff who manage donor thank you letters and stewarding efforts in their department. (*Please see Note below)

Prerequisites: GAIL 101 All Users training and must be a full or part time employee (see note below)

Description: You’ve just received a new gift to your school/unit. Hooray! What do you do now? Thank your donor! This course will provide you with the tools needed to stay connected with your donors. Topics covered during the class include: donor recognition processes, acknowledgements for thanking donors and tributes, and general stewardship such as birthday cards! Don’t let donor appreciation be an afterthought!
