Client Services Liaison Model

The Client Services team is launching a new liaison support model to allow specific team members to serve as the point of contact for GAIL users in each school, college, and unit. 

Although you will primarily work with your assigned point of contact, all team members will be available and prepared to provide support to all areas in times of staff absences.
