ONESolution Online Check Request Training

If you’re looking to request checks from the UGA Foundation via the convenient OneSolution electronic check request form, then this training is going to be exactly what you need to get started! In OneSolution Online Check Request training you learn how to navigate around the request form, find vendors and all necessary supporting documentation, avoid common requesting errors, successfully re-edit forms if they get kicked back to you, and make sure everyone who needing to be paid or reimbursed is getting their check. Join us in Training & Development (315 S Thomas St), Lab K (here’s more info about directions and parking for T&D) for this 90 minute class and we’ll show you everything you need to know!

Please Note: Not all schools and departments are currently set up to submit check requests through the online form. Please check the email from the UGA Foundation IT team titled “Your Profile for Access to the ONESolution System Has Been Created” to see if you’re eligible to take this class (feel free to email askit@uga.edu if you are unsure or have questions).

Before you proceed, please ensure that you have completed the following pre-requisites:

• Submit your ONESolution Access & Confidentiality form. Completed forms should be sent to Advancement Services via email to askit@uga.edu, (or by fax to 542-8185 or campus mail to Milledge Centre).
• Your supervisor must request access to the 02 Restricted VPN on your behalf. Click here to request access to the 02 VPN.
• Enroll in ArchPass DUO, UGA’s two-factor authentication and install the application on your mobile device. Click here to enroll in ArchPass Duo.
