OneSolution Report Training Class

Thank you for your interest in taking the OneSolution Report training class! In this class you’ll learn how to install and access the OneSolution software and run reports on the UGA Foundation funds/accounts that you have access to. You’ll see how much you have to spend, find expenditures and revenue breakdowns, generate monthly reconciliation reports, see the intended purpose of your funds and how money from it can be spent, and so much more! Training typically lasts 90 minutes and is held in the Milledge Center training room (394 S. Milledge Ave).

Before you proceed, please ensure that you have completed the following pre-requisites:
- Submit your ONESolution Access & Confidentiality form. Completed forms should be sent to Advancement Services via email to askit@uga.edu, (or by fax to 542-8185 or campus mail to Milledge Centre).
- Your supervisor must request access to the 02 Restricted VPN on your behalf. Click here to request access to the 02 VPN.
- Enroll in ArchPass DUO, UGA’s two-factor authentication and install the application on your mobile device. Click here to enroll in ArchPass Duo.
