We will be hosting Office Hours the following dates and times:
- Tuesday, January 20, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm EST
- Thursday, January 22, 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm EST – Reporting Focus
What to Expect During Office Hours
During each session, we will use the first few minutes to share helpful tips, tricks and observations based on what we’re seeing during the first week of go-live. The remainder of the hour will be dedicated to answering questions. Members of the project team will be available live on the call – and in the chat – to respond in real time.
During the session on Thursday, January 22, we will focus primarily on reporting. Please bring any reporting related questions or concerns for the team to address.
We will remain online for the full hour, and participants may join or drop as needed.
