UGAF@Work Training Registration Now Open!

We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for UGAF@Work training sessions! These sessions are designed to support every user with five tailored course types, ensuring you get the most relevant and practical training experience. 

If you’re a current FAME user, you should receive a communication recommending a course based on your role. However, we encourage you to review all course options to find the best fit for your needs. While training is not mandatory to access UGAF@Work during the launch period, it is highly recommended to help you build confidence and familiarity with the new system before go-live. 

Note that after January 29, 2026, new employees or new users of UGAF@Work will be required to complete training prior to system access.

• Hands-on practice in the training environment 

• Live Q&A with knowledgeable trainers 

Training Locations & Schedule 

Sessions will be held in person at the following locations: 

• 1 Press Place 

• Davidson Life Sciences Complex 

• Animal Sciences Building B 

• Veterinary Medicine Complex 

• Russell Hall (Health Sciences Campus) 

Online sessions will also be available via Zoom. 

Training runs from November 11 through January 29, with both morning and afternoon options. 

Tip: We recommend attending in person if possible for the best training experience. This also helps reserve online spots for those who are not local to Athens or have accessibility needs. 

How to Register 

1. Click the “Training” tab at the top of the page. 
2. Use the drop-down menu to select your course. 
3. Click “View Training Sessions” to see available dates. 
4. Choose your session and click “Register” to sign up.
