Project Update: UGAF@Work Enters End-to-End Testing Stage
September 5, 2025
We’re excited to share that the UGAF@Work project officially transitions from the Architect and Configure stage into the End-to-End Testing phase of our Workday implementation for the UGA Foundation on September 8th.
This marks a significant milestone as we begin validating the system through real-world scenario testing. These tests are designed to ensure that Workday functions as expected across a variety of business processes, mirroring the day-to-day operations of the Foundation. This phase is critical for identifying any gaps or adjustments needed before go-live.
In parallel, we’ve also begun laying the groundwork for a successful training rollout. Our team is actively:
- Developing training content tailored to impacted users’ specific needs and processes.
- Identifying key individuals who will benefit most from targeted training.
- Building a high-level training schedule to ensure impacted individuals have the opportunity to learn and prepare effectively.
- Creating on-demand training options for users who will interact with the system less frequently or may not need training immediately at go-live, offering flexibility and just-in-time learning.
We’ll be socializing more details about training—including session formats, dates, and registration—in the coming weeks and months. Stay tuned to the project page for updates and opportunities to engage.
Thank you for your continued support and collaboration as we move closer to a successful launch!
