Introducing the UGAF@Work Change Network!

We’re excited to announce the launch of the UGAF@Work Change Network — an important part of our strategy to support folks from the UGA community who may be impacted by the Foundation’s transition to Workday.

What is the Change Network? 

The Change Network is a coalition of trusted and respected individuals from across the UGA community. These members will serve as key communicators and advocates, helping their departments navigate the Foundation’s transition to Workday.

What Do Change Network Members Do? 

• Promote advocacy by highlighting the positive business impacts of UGAF@Work — answering the question, “What’s in it for me?”

• Preview Workday features and the end-user experience before launch.

• Inform preparation strategies to ensure a smooth and successful adoption.

How Can You Engage? 

If you’re an impacted user, we encourage you to:

• Get to know the Change Network members in your department.
• Reach out with questions, concerns, or feedback — they’re here to help!
