New "Add a proposal" form

There is a new “Add Proposal” form that combines multiple Plan and Opportunity setup actions into one seamless process.  The interactive “Add Proposal” form guides users through only the required data points depending on the plan stage and the impending gift solicitation.  Less commonly used elements of plans and opportunities were removed to streamline a typical plan creation, but those elements can be easily managed after the plan is created, if necessary.

You can access the new form from the same place you would normally add a Plan on a Prospect from within GAIL (Prospect -> Plans -> Add Proposal).

This replacement form will continuously evolve and improve based on use, feedback, and organizational needs.  Feel free to share your thoughts on this new form with askit@uga.edu.
