Items from the student calling files will be automated including contact information such as address, phone and email changes. This will also automatically process Do not call solicit codes as well as interactions.

These changes will allow the Records office to focus on a more consolidated file of manual updates for marriages, name changes, employment and deceased. Currently, the interactions and Do not call batches are in place and over the course of the next few weeks, the contact information batches should be running. Each automated file will be running on a daily basis.
