"Prospects of" Groups Now Include Plan Participants

The various “Prospects of” groups now automatically include as members any plan participants (e.g., spouses, foundation contacts, companies, etc.) that are listed on Development Officer’s active plans.

Specifically, this new feature will help to alleviate the need to add spouses and others to a portfolio in order to receive pertinent email alerts.  Also, note that Development Officers have the option to manually add members to their “Prospects of” group even if that entity is not a prospect connected to a plan.  These groups can be found by searching for “Prospects of” in the Name/Lookup field of a constituent search.
