Prospect Management Email Alert Settings

To ensure you’re receiving your prospect management email alerts please take the time to configure your email alert settings from the My fundraiser page.

Prospect Management Email Alert Settings

  1. Add Fundraiser Constituency to your Constituent Profile (skip to step 2 if you already have this constituency on your profile).
    • Click on the Personal Info tab
    • Click on the Constituencies sub-tab
    • Click the Add Button

    • Select Fundraiser, enter the current date, then click save.

  2. Click on the Prospects functional area
    • Click on My fundraiser page

    • Click on Configure email alerts

    • Select your preferences, enter your preferred email address and click save.

  3. Click on the Prospects functional area to subscribe or unsubscribe from specific alerts.

  1. *New Fundraisers please note that email alerts correspond with “Prospects of…” group listings which are activated as soon as you establish a relationship with a prospect and activity is entered in your portfolio. For more details on updating your My UGA Email Alerts please click here.
  2. Click the Add button to add each of the 5 alert types, click save for each one.
