How to unblock a constituents email address
There are many constituents in GAIL that we cannot reach due to there being a Do Not Email alert on their email address record. In an effort to combat this situation, you may use the “Block Removal” request link to share with those constituents on an as needed basis.
When sharing this form with blocked constituents, make sure that you instruct them to enter “University of Georgia Foundation” in the “Full name of organization or school” section. If this isn’t included, the unblock will not be reflected in the GAIL database system. The form can be found here.
