Our goal at Client Services is not only to introduce new users to the power of GAIL, but to provide ongoing support for however long you’re using the system. That’s why starting in September 2019 we’re offering a higher level GAIL Events Management II class to complement the introductory events training we already have.

We want users to be able to get the most out of the events module in GAIL and we know the current events class only introduces a fraction of that functionality. The Events II class will be an optional extra for those looking to get the most out of GAIL. We will offer it on the same day as our Events I class but don’t feel like you have to take both classes the same day. If you’re interested, come to the Events I class then take a few months to get familiar before coming back for Events II.
