Imports for Education Involvements

In 2016, GAIL was upgraded to include new student majors and minors for all current students. This includes multiple degree listings, 4 minors, 3 areas of emphasis, and completed certificate information! In 2019, a new customized education tile was added to the constituent profile page. This new tile not only displays its original data (like degree and class year) but it also shows the school/college and major. The Education (custom) info tile now shows you a little more detail, and the education tab has some rearranged columns so you don’t have to quite as much scrolling to find the information you need.

BUT DID YOU KNOW… that we have also made improvements to the Education Involvement section of the Education tab as well? Students often consider their time spent outside of the classroom as valuable as their time spent in the classroom. Extracurricular activities like study abroad programs, athletics, student organizations, or honors societies (like Blue Key!) provide a holistic approach to higher education and it is important to reach back out to alumni about those experiences.

For a schedule of constituent information updates, please click here. While we work with the Registrar Office to import Fraternity and Sorority involvement automatically, other Education Involvements can be imported for your unit upon request.
