Description: The GAIL Research & Prospect Management (RPM) course was designed to help fundraisers use our database to develop long-term, meaningful relationships between UGA and its donors. As a fundraiser at UGA, you are expected to manage a portfolio of over 50 individuals and/or organizations. That’s a lot! You’re going to need a full arsenal of tools and information to keep yourself organized and on top of your prospects and that is what RPM training is all about. You will learn how to set up detailed giving plans, locate useful metrics, accept or reject referrals, submit research requests, and much more!
Please Note: Student workers, graduate assistants, interns, and temporary employees are ineligible to attend this class. For more information, please see this article.
