"Class of" Abbreviations for Event Name Tags

Within your GAIL event, the Registrants-More Details tab has been updated to include “Class of” abbreviations. The new columns (DegreePreferredClassOfAbbrev) included on your Excel spreadsheet will assist with creating name tags for events (Ex. John Smith BBA ’99). If you’d like this class abbreviation added to your other export definitions, please email askit@uga.edu.

NOTE:  Client Services has created a Word Merge Template file for printing Name Tags containing this new “Class of” abbreviation for you, if you’d like to get a copy of this template for your usage, send an email to ASKIT@uga.edu to request and it will be sent your way. We are planning to add it to the GAIL resource website as a downloadable file shortly.
