We have created a new interaction Sub-Category for Indicated willingness to help. When entering your interactions you will need to select the Category “Engagement Interest” and then the Sub-Category “Indicated Willingness to help” as well as enter the Site. The Summary, Contact Method and Comments should be filled out as normal based on your contact with the constituent.

Per user requests, we have added a field to the Event Registration Request Form on AskIT to include either iCal or Google Calendar links.
