Approved Vendors for GAIL Mailings

As outlined in policies and procedures, we require a Non-Disclosure Agreement form to be on file with the Client Services office prior to sharing any GAIL data with outside resources.  Typically, you might contract with a vendor to print and process your mailings using data from GAIL (newsletters, solicitations, invitations, etc.)  We want to provide a handy list to our users of known and approved vendors.  We will continue to update this list as we receive new forms.  If your vendor is not on this list, please send them the NDA form to complete then send that completed form to askit@uga.edu so that Client Services can get it documented in GAIL.

All approved NDA’s will be scanned to the Documentation tab on the vendors record in GAIL.  If you have a vendor you’re not sure whether we have a NDA form for, this is where you can go check.

In addition, you are required to use the UGA approved secure email client of SendFiles anytime you share GAIL data with vendors or even fellow staff that have GAIL access.  Vendors can receive email from SendFiles as they have confirmed with us.
