Dark Mode Preview in BEE

Reading emails have become a huge part of our daily lives. So much so that there’s a recent trend of more and more people preferring to go dark.  Dark mode is a setting that displays light-colored text and images on dark-colored backgrounds. It’s easier on the eyes and creates a pleasant experience for end-users. It can also pose a challenge for senders if they don’t have this setting in mind when designing emails.

There’s now a new feature within the BEE Plugin that will give a better experience to all users, no matter whether you like it dark or light.  The “Dark Mode” preview is a toggle feature that shows how designs might look for email clients who have the dark mode setting enabled on their device.

The feature is available now and here’s how you can access it:

• Launch the Bee Email Editor > Build your email > Select Preview from Actions drop down menu in the left hand corner of the email > You’ll find the the “Dark mode” toggle at the top right of the email
