UGA Foundation - Building Move

The UGA Foundation would like to make you aware that we will be moving to a new location beginning Friday, January 17^th.  Due to the nature of this move, we anticipate there may be some downtime and wanted to alert you so you could plan accordingly.

Transactions will be processed on Friday, January 17^th on a case-by-case basis only, should any emergency needs arise. Hand-delivered transactions should be delivered to the UGA Foundation at 394 South Milledge by close of business on Thursday, January 16^th. Following the UGA holiday on Monday, January 20^th, all hand-delivered transactions should be delivered to the UGA Foundation at One Press Place, Suite 101 (effective Tuesday, January 21^st).  Please note that both Foundation databases, along with the GAIL and OneSolution systems, will not be affected by the move and will be fully available for users throughout this move.

There may also be times when the individuals you might typically contact to assist you with Foundation matters are without a phone due to the phone lines being transitioned to the new building.  Please be aware that email will be the best way to reach any of the Foundation team members between Thursday, January 16^th and Wednesday, January 22^nd.

Let us know as soon as possible if you have any special needs we can help to ensure are addressed prior to this move.  We greatly appreciate your patience during this move and hope this information will allow you to plan ahead.
