DAR Boyd Network Maintenance on September 30th

On Thursday 9/30 between 5am-7am, the DARIT team will be onsite working with UGA’s Network Engineering team to migrate the DAR hosted network from a single fiber network drop to dual fiber network drops in the Boyd data center, which includes implementing a new physical network layer to allow that redundancy.  During this maintenance window we anticipate several brief network outages impacting all DAR enterprise services which will include FAME, GAIL, online giving, event registration, files shares, and all websites.
