Giving and Alumni Information Link (affectionately known as GAIL) is the database we use to store all of our alumni and donor information. On the GAIL Resources Site you’ll find everything you need to request access to the system and register for training classes, as well as a robust library of how-to guides and blog articles to help you after training.
Foundation Account Management Enterprise (FAME), formerly OneSolution, is our newly launched, web-based accounting software. With FAME you’ll have access to your endowed and non-endowed funds for review, reports and budget forecasting. On the FAME Resources Site you can request access and register for FAME training, as well as view support videos and blog articles.
AskIT is the internal ticketing system used by Advancement Services and DAR IT. This will be your first point of contact when requesting data lists from GAIL, setting up event registration pages, reporting system issues or requesting assistance from any of our teams.
